The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Student Club at UW-Stout creates ongoing relationships with real estate employers offering Cooperative Education internship opportunities. These paid, degree-credit internships provide real estate property management students with hands-on career experience to expand on their classroom education and start building their professional network.

Scholarships specifically for the Real Estate Property Management program are available. Whether through loans, grants, or other types of aid, there are many ways UW Stout helps support a college education. UW-Stout’s Financial Aid Office provides premier service to students and families.

75% of first-year, full-time UW-Stout undergraduates receive some form of financial support, with the average financial aid package totaling over $11,200. All first year and transfer students choosing Real Estate Property Management as their first major is automatically eligible for the Weidner New Student $5000 scholarship.
